You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another user's account without authorization.
Service description and important disclaimer
United4Citizenship provides educational and practice tools for U.S. naturalization interview preparation, including study guides, practice questions, progress tracking, planning tools, and optional spoken-answer features.
The service is for educational purposes only. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or any guarantee of interview success, naturalization eligibility, or government outcomes. United4Citizenship is not USCIS and is not endorsed by any government agency.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or bypass security measures.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as allowed by law.
- Upload content that infringes rights, contains malware, or interferes with other users or systems.
- Submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your use of the service.
- Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you may have in content you submit, such as typed answers, audio recordings, transcripts, notes, and timeline information. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you submit. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Prices, billing intervals, and plan details shown at checkout or on the applicable product page are part of these terms.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other stated amounts on a recurring basis until cancellation. Checkout and payment processing are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features. To cancel a subscription, use any cancellation tools we make available or contact support@united4citizenship.com before the next renewal date.
Intellectual property
The service, including our software, branding, design, text, graphics, compilations, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to United4Citizenship and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Official government materials, third-party trademarks, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership rights to you except the limited right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, pricing, integrations, or content availability. We may also impose usage limits or eligibility requirements.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that study content is complete, current, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for verifying official government requirements and current naturalization information from authoritative sources such as USCIS.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United4Citizenship and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
If we are found liable for any claim arising from or related to the service, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or if continued operation becomes impractical or unlawful.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and payment obligations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
