Information we collect
Account and contact information
When you register or sign in, we may collect your name, email address, account identifier, and sign-in method. If you choose Google sign-in, we also receive the profile information made available by that provider.
Study, profile, and timeline information
We collect information needed to operate your study experience, such as question responses, answer accuracy, practice settings, progress summaries, and category-level performance statistics.
If you use timeline or planning features, we may also collect information you enter there, including applicant name, pathway, green card issue date, target filing date, N-400 filing date, filing preferences, receipt number, notes, and related checklist progress.
Audio and transcript data
If you choose spoken-answer features, we collect the audio you submit and the transcript generated from that audio so we can provide transcription, scoring, and related practice functionality. Use of microphone features is optional.
Payment and subscription information
If you purchase a paid plan, checkout is processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers in this app. We may receive subscription status, plan information, billing timestamps, customer identifiers, and transaction-related metadata needed to confirm and manage access.
Usage, device, and analytics data
We collect usage information such as page views, feature interactions, study session events, timer settings, practice mode, question categories, progress metrics, report openings, and similar product analytics. We may also receive technical information such as browser type, device information, IP-derived information, and log data from our hosting and analytics providers.
